1. Agreement to Terms

No Guarantee of Results: Course content is educational. Following the steps in a course does not guarantee any specific outcome, including removal of any item from your credit report, approval for credit, or a specific score increase. Results depend on factors outside our control, including the accuracy of your information and the decisions of third-party credit bureaus and creditors.

5. No Guarantee / Not a Law Firm

Results vary per individual. Credit repair results are not guaranteed. J Funded Credit Solutions is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Nothing on this Site or in our courses should be construed as legal or financial advice specific to your situation.

6. Mobile Messaging Program

Program Description: We operate a mobile messaging program (the "Program") to send promotional and transactional messages.

Promotional messages may include marketing offers, credit repair tips, funding specials, and abandoned checkout reminders.

Transactional messages relate to active credit audits, order notifications, and appointment reminders.

Messages may be sent using automated technology. Message frequency varies but will not exceed 50 messages per month. Standard message and data rates from your mobile provider may apply.

User Opt-In: By providing your mobile number, you voluntarily opt into the Program and agree to receive recurring messages, even if your number is on a state or federal "Do Not Call" list. You confirm you are the owner or authorized user of the number provided. Participation is voluntary and not required to make a purchase.

User Opt-Out and Support: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, OPT-OUT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation of your opt-out. Reply HELP for support.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, J Funded Credit Solutions and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, our courses, or our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal action or proceeding related to your access to or use of the Site shall be brought in a state or federal court located in Florida.

9. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use, along with our Privacy Policy and any service-specific agreement you've signed, constitute the entire agreement between you and J Funded Credit Solutions regarding your use of the Site and our services.
